Matthew Kahler has become a household name in Decatur, Georgia, especially at Eddie's Attic, where he has delighted audiences of all ages for years. His talent and voice however, have brought him recognition throughout many music establishments throughout the country.

Known for infectious melodies, his deeply personal and yet sometimes, comical lyrics, Matthew is a solo artist with his own, unforgettable, distinct style. He has been given many names - including, "the storyteller", "the conga king" and has won hearts with his melodies.

Having worked together many times over the years with Shawn Mullins, the two have captivated audiences together. Matthew co-wrote several songs on Shawn's Beneath the Velvet Sun, including the single "Everywhere I Go." Despite his many collaborations though, Matthew continues to be known for his musical individuality and an ability to capture any audience around.
